Payment Policies
Our program is an optional resource designed to support you in your postal job journey. There are no application fees or costs to take the mandatory Virtual Assessment—the decision to prepare in advance is entirely up to you.
Keep in mind that if you do not pass a Virtual Assessment, you must wait one year before retaking it. During this time, you will be ineligible to apply for other positions within that job category. This also applies if you fail to complete the assessment within the allotted time, resulting in a failure status.
If you pass the assessment but want to improve your score, you will need to wait two years before retaking it.
For a one-time registration fee of $49, you will receive immediate access to a comprehensive set of online resources designed to guide you through every stage of the postal hiring process:

Your registration fee grants you unlimited access to all resources. If you do not pass all four Virtual Assessments or do not receive a job offer within 30 days of your interview, you are eligible for a FULL REFUND of your registration fee.
